WOW, that’s what I get after all the anticipation??

That was one of the more putrid performances I have ever seen from my baseball team.  Couldn’t touch a guy on 3 days rest?  And then couldn’t touch a suspect bullpen?  Shut out at home!

Pitching and defense showed up, the bats were non-existent.  And that Ellsbury contract?  The most expensive pinch hitter/runner in the history of baseball.  Don’t care what anyone says, that is now 3 straight years no playoffs.  A play-in game is not playoffs.

Almost comical how nothing can go right lately.

I guess the CC Sabathia thing, was a sign of things to come.
